Double booking support for eClinicalWorks!
API endpoints
Your scheduling applications can now support double bookings for practices that opt in. Double booking helps practices with high cancellation rates maximize their schedule and revenue.
Use the new appointments_per_slot parameter in the GET available_slots and POST appointments endpoints to enable this functionality.
This feature is only supported in API version v20240412 for eClinicalWorks.
