We’re excited to share some enhancements to our location onboarding process that should make it easier to scale your apps on our API and give you more control over your customer's onboarding experience.

On-Prem Synchronizer Installer

We’re streamlining the onboarding process for new practice locations by enabling developers to install and auto-configure our on-prem Synchronizer. Whereas NexHealth previously had to configure on-prem syncs remotely, we will soon be able to generate an installer link with unique product keys that you can use to handle installation and configuration at each practice location that you onboard. This will give you the option to fully own your customer’s onboarding experience.

We will gradually roll out the new installer to developers in the coming weeks, with all developers enabled by the end of November. The installer will initially support on-prem Open Dental, Dentrix, and Eaglesoft instances for single-location practices.

VivoDoc is building an online marketplace for patients to find doctors that can deliver specific care they need.
