Synchronizer API V3 is here

Today, we're releasing a new stable version of the NexHealth Synchronizer API, our biggest release in the platform's history.
- As of August 1, v3.0.0 (v20240412) becomes the official stable version of the Synchronizer API, and every new integration should be built on it going forward.
- For developers on the previous stable version (v2.2.2): nothing changes today, and nothing will change suddenly. We'll support existing integrations and work with every developer on a gradual transition.
