This endpoint allows you to manually create provider availabilities. These resources will not get inserted into health record systems. They will just be used to power get appointment_slots. Please see the availabilities landing page to learn more about how availabilities work.

If you've set the location setting map_by_operatory to true, then you must include operatory ids when creating availabilities.
