Changed

v3.0.0 (previously named v20240412) is now the official latest stable version of the API.
Renamed emr_* fields to ehr_* on v3.1.0 endpoints.
All developers can now use the Edge (v3.1.0) API in sandbox mode.

Fixed

Fixed GET /insurance_plans/:id returning 200 with null data for unknown IDs; the endpoint now correctly returns 404.
Fixed PATCH /working_hours/:id and PATCH /availabilities/:id silently ignoring appointment_type_ids: []; an explicit empty array now clears the association as expected.
