Troubleshooting Synchronizer Install Failures
Many Synchronizer install failures can be resolved through proper whitelisting of ports, domains, and folders and making sure you have sufficient permissions.
If you encounter an installation failure, please follow the steps below and attempt the installation again. Please ensure you're using the latest version of the NexHealth installer, which can be found from your Developer Portal.

Permissions
Make sure you have sufficient permissions by logging into Windows as an admin or running the installer as an administrator.
Update Microsoft Visual C++
If the installer fails to open, please manually download and install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable: https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe and reattempt your install.
