billing_typeis only available for OpenDental, Dentrix, Dentrix Enterprise, and OpenDental.chart_idandpreferred_languageare only available for OpenDental, Dentrix, Dentrix Enterprise, OpenDental and Orthotrac. In OpenDental, patients will only have a chart_id if they are an orthodontic patient.
