Form schemas

A form schema is one of the practice's forms, read from its health record system into NexHealth with its fields. Read it to learn what a form response must contain.

These endpoints are on v3.1.0 (beta). Sandbox keys can call it; production keys need access for your organization. See Versioning.

• NexHealth reads forms from Eaglesoft and Denticon. A location on any other system, including your Open Dental sandbox, returns an empty list, and 404 for a single schema.
• The schema id is a UUID. Pass it as form_schema_id when you submit a response.
