This endpoint returns the effective appointment type restrictions of a working hour. Restrictions set on its label are included only when the working hour inherits them. An exclude at either level wins over an allow, and a restriction on the working hour itself sets the duration. An empty array means the working hour has no restrictions and is open to every appointment type.
